Every brand that places packaged products on an EU market must register with that market's Producer Responsibility Organisation and report what it puts on the market — in every country it sells into. Since 12 August 2026 Amazon verifies those registration numbers per country, and a listing without one can be deactivated.

Regulatory
What is PPWR / EPR?
PPWR (Regulation (EU) 2025/40) sets EU-wide rules for packaging design, substances, labelling, recyclability, reuse and operator evidence. It entered into force on 11 February 2025 and generally applies from 12 August 2026. EPR is the separate national system for producer registration, reporting and packaging-waste fees; the exact duties still vary by country.
Which countries do you support?
We calculate declaration-ready figures for Spain (ECOEMBES), France (CITEO), Germany (LUCID), Italy (CONAI), Netherlands (Verpact), Portugal (SPV), Belgium (Fost Plus), Austria (ARA), Poland (Rekopol), Sweden (NPA), Denmark (DPA) — the exact numbers each portal’s form asks for, in that country’s official material categories. Where a portal publishes an official upload format we generate the file too; today that is Germany’s LUCID XML. More countries are in development — use the contact form to request yours.
What happens after I download a declaration pack?
Each declaration pack includes step-by-step submission instructions for the relevant PRO portal, with direct links. The platform shows your figures side-by-side with the portal’s form fields, guides you through entering them in ECOEMBES, CITEO, LUCID, etc., and reminds you of the submission deadline.

Do I need a PRO registration number to use the free plan?
No. You can import your data, build BOMs, and compute packaging totals on the free plan without entering any PRO IDs. You only need to enter your registration numbers when you download a declaration pack for submission.

How long does setup take?
Three steps: connect your store (or upload a CSV), assign packaging BOMs to your products, and hit ‘Generate’. The compliance checklist on the dashboard guides you through every step. Is my data safe? Where is it stored?
All data is stored in the EU, on our own servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and the credentials of any store you connect are encrypted at rest. Your uploaded files sit in a private bucket and are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
