Every plan includes every market. You pay for the sectors you sell into — packaging, textiles, electricals — not for the countries you ship to.
Everything is free while we're in beta, at least until early-to-mid 2027. These are the prices that take effect afterwards — and they're launch prices, locked for anyone who joins now for as long as they stay subscribed. At least 60 days' notice before anyone is charged, and never anything retroactive.
What EU packaging compliance really costs

Why not get the number another way?
Every route to a declaration stops at the same step: the packaging weight per SKU. Consultants sample it by hand and bill for it, schemes and marketplaces ask you to type it in, and per-country tools charge again each time you open a market. We compute it from the orders you already have.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free right now?
Yes. Pack Declare is in beta and everything is free — at least until early-to-mid 2027. The prices on this page are what takes effect when the beta ends. We'll give at least 60 days' notice before anyone is ever charged, and nothing is ever billed retroactively for the beta.
What is a sector?
A waste stream you're legally liable for: packaging, textiles, electricals, batteries, furniture and so on. France splits these into nineteen filières, each with its own eco-organisme, tariff and identifier. Your sectors come from what you sell, so you know your number on day one and it doesn't change when you open a new market.
Why don't you charge per country?
Because obligations multiply as country × sector: a clothing brand adding Germany picks up two obligations at once — packaging and textiles — without selling anything new. Charging for that bills you for growing. Your sectors are the part that genuinely differs, so that's what we price.
Will these prices go up?
Probably, as we cover more sectors and markets. These are launch prices and we say so: if you subscribe during the launch, your price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Passport is free forever with no credit card, and it stays free even if you never upgrade — including your obligation map, your registration numbers and your renewal alerts.
What's the difference between the free estimate and a paid figure?
The estimate is an order of magnitude, marked as such, so you can decide whether this is worth your time. The paid figure is the one you file: every rate carries its source, date and legal basis, any line we can't price is named rather than silently dropped, and it comes with the portal's real form shape and an audit trail.
What if I only file once a year?
Then a subscription is the wrong shape and we won't sell you one. A single declaration — one sector, one period — is €45, with no subscription.
Which countries are supported?
France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Denmark, with France covered filière by filière. All of them are included in every paid plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing period. Your data is always retained.
