Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required.
What is the Done-with-you Onboarding?
A one-time service package (€499) where our compliance team walks you through your first country + period end-to-end. You get a defensible declaration pack within days, not weeks. Available as an add-on to any plan.
What counts as an active SKU?
Any product with at least one sales line in the last 12 months. Archived or inactive products do not count.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing period.
Which EU countries are supported?
France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and more. New countries are added regularly.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always retained. If you exceed Starter limits after downgrading, imports and computes will be paused until you're within limits again.
