Native connector — daily sync, no CSV exports

WooCommerce + EU EPR compliance, automated

Connect your WooCommerce store to Pack Declare and every order automatically counts toward your EU PPWR / EPR packaging declarations. No manual CSV exports. No per-country spreadsheets.

5-step setup

  1. 01

    Generate WooCommerce API credentials

In your WooCommerce admin go to Settings → Advanced → REST API and create a key with Read permissions. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

  2. 02

    Connect in Pack Declare

Go to Settings → Connectors → WooCommerce. Paste your store URL, consumer key and secret. Pack Declare tests the connection and starts an initial sync.

  3. 03

    Backfill historical orders

Trigger a 90-day or 365-day backfill with one click. Orders are deduplicated, so re-syncing the same period is always safe.

  4. 04

    Assign packaging BOMs

Pack Declare imports your SKUs from WooCommerce. Assign a packaging Bill of Materials to each product — AI suggestions and industry templates speed this up.

  5. 05

    Generate your EPR declaration

Select the period, country, and PRO. Pack Declare computes your declaration figures (CITEO, ECOEMBES, LUCID, CONAI…) in seconds, mapped to that portal's categories.

What the connector does

🔄

Automatic daily sync

Orders sync on a schedule so your declaration data is always current. You can also trigger a manual sync from the dashboard.

🇪🇺

All 11 EU countries

We support CITEO (FR), ECOEMBES (ES), LUCID (DE), CONAI (IT), Verpact (NL), SPV (PT), Fost Plus (BE), ARA (AT), BDO/Rekopol (PL), NPA (SE), DPA (DK).

🔁

Idempotent deduplication

Each order line is hashed before insertion. Syncing the same period twice — or retrying after a failure — never creates duplicate records.

📦

Packaging BOM library

We import your product references and names. Assign packaging composition once; the same BOM is applied every time that SKU appears in a declaration.

Frequently asked questions

Which WooCommerce versions are supported?
WooCommerce 6.0 and above. The connector uses the WooCommerce REST API v3, which is stable across all recent versions.
Does it work with WooCommerce Subscriptions or variable products?
Yes. Variable products are mapped to the specific variation SKU. Subscription renewals appear as regular orders and are counted normally.
What if my store is self-hosted without a public URL?
Pack Declare needs to reach your REST API endpoint. If your store is on localhost or behind a VPN, use a tunnel (ngrok) for testing, or use the CSV importer instead.
Is historical data imported?
Yes — trigger a 90-day or 365-day backfill from the connector settings page after connecting. Older data can be imported via CSV.
How are returns handled?
Returns can be imported via CSV or via the public API. The connector currently syncs sales orders only.
