PrestaShop + EU EPR compliance, automated

Install the Pack Declare module for PrestaShop 8.x and every paid order flows into your EU PPWR / EPR packaging declarations automatically. No CSV exports. No manual data entry. No consultants.

5-minute setup

  1. 01

    Generate an API key

In Pack Declare → Settings → API Keys, create a key with orders:write + products:write scopes. Copy the token (shown once).

  2. 02

    Upload the module

Download packdeclare.zip and upload it via Modules → Module Manager → Upload a module in your PrestaShop back office.

  3. 03

    Paste your API key

Go to Modules → Pack Declare → Configure. Paste the key and click 'Save & Test Connection'. The module pings our API to verify.

  4. 04

    Orders flow automatically

Every time a status changes to Payment accepted, the order is pushed to Pack Declare. Products sync on every save.

  5. 05

    Assign BOMs & declare

Back in Pack Declare, assign packaging BOMs to your SKUs, then run a declaration compute to generate your EPR report.

What the module sends

📦

Orders

Every order that transitions to Payment accepted or Processing in progress is pushed as a sales line. Includes order date, delivery country, SKU, quantity, currency, and gross amount.

🏷️

Products

Every product save upserts the SKU, name, and short description so you can assign packaging BOMs without leaving Pack Declare.

🔁

Idempotent sync

Each order line is deduplicated by a content hash. Reprocessing a status change or retrying after a timeout never creates duplicate records.

🟢

Dashboard status

The module pings Pack Declare on install and hourly so the dashboard shows 'PrestaShop connected' with a last-sync timestamp.

Frequently asked questions

Which PrestaShop versions does the module support?
PrestaShop 8.0.0 and above (PHP 8.1+). Support for 1.7 is not planned.
What happens if an order is refunded?
The module does not automatically process returns. You can import a returns CSV in Pack Declare or use the API to push return lines.
Which field is used as the product SKU?
The module reads product_reference. If that field is blank it falls back to PS-{product_id}. We recommend keeping references filled in.
Is historical data imported?
The module only captures events going forward (hook-based). To import historical orders, export them to CSV and use Pack Declare's CSV importer or the REST API.
Does the module work with multi-shop?
Each shop in a multi-shop setup needs its own API key. Single-shop is fully supported out of the box.
