Bring Magento orders into Pack Declare
Bring Magento (Adobe Commerce) orders into Pack Declare for EU EPR declarations. Today: CSV import or the API. A Zapier app is planned, not published yet.
What works today
1Export your orders from Magento as CSV
Export the period you need to declare from Magento as a CSV file. The columns that matter are order date, destination country, SKU and quantity.
2Import the CSV into Pack Declare
In Pack Declare go to Imports → New import, upload the file and map your columns. Save the mapping as a template so the next import is a re-upload, not a re-mapping.
3Or push orders with the API
If you would rather automate it, create an API key in Settings → API keys with the `orders:write` scope and POST your orders to `/public/ingest/orders`. The API reference is not published yet — write to us and we will send you the request format.
Planned setup via Zapier (not available yet)
1Generate a Pack Declare API key
From Pack Declare → Settings → API Keys, create a key with the `orders:write` and `products:write` scopes. Copy the token (you'll only see it once).
2Install the Pack Declare Zapier app
Once the app is published: open Zapier and search for "Pack Declare". Click Connect, paste your API key, and Zapier will verify it against the public ingestion endpoint.
3Create a New Order Zap
Trigger: Magento → New Order. Action: Pack Declare → Import Order. Map the order date, country, SKU, qty and currency. Test with a recent order.
4Backfill historical orders (optional)
For periods you've already lived through, export from Magento as CSV and use Pack Declare's CSV import to bulk-load. Going forward, the Zap would handle new orders.
Things worth knowing
- Zapier polls between 1-15 minutes depending on your Zapier plan, so a Zap-based sync is near-real-time rather than instant.
- If you have >5,000 orders/month, consider a custom integration via the public REST API — it works today and accepts up to 1,000 orders per request.
