Connect Magento to Pack Declare
Connect Magento (Adobe Commerce) to Pack Declare via the Zapier app — orders flow into your EPR declarations within minutes of being placed.
Setup in 4 steps
1Generate a Pack Declare API key
From Pack Declare → Settings → API Keys, create a key with the `orders:write` and `products:write` scopes. Copy the token (you'll only see it once).
2Install the Pack Declare Zapier app
Open Zapier and search for "Pack Declare". Click Connect, paste your API key, and Zapier will verify it against the public ingestion endpoint.
3Create a New Order Zap
Trigger: Magento → New Order. Action: Pack Declare → Import Order. Map the order date, country, SKU, qty and currency. Test with a recent order.
4Backfill historical orders (optional)
For periods you've already lived through, export from Magento as CSV and use Pack Declare's CSV import to bulk-load. Going forward, the Zap handles new orders in real time.
Things worth knowing
- Magento webhooks fire within seconds; Zapier polls between 1-15 minutes depending on your plan.
- If you have >5,000 orders/month, consider a custom integration via the public REST API for lower latency.
