Why we're doing this
Pack Declare launches publicly alongside the EU PPWR enforcement deadline of August 12, 2026. We're looking for 100 founding customers who want to lock in their compliance toolchain now and never think about the subscription again.
Growth is €199/month — about €2,400 per year. The Lifetime Deal breaks even after five months and compounds from there. In exchange we get 100 committed merchants who can pressure-test the product before we go fully mainstream.

Is this really a lifetime deal?
Yes. As long as Pack Declare operates as Pack Declare, you retain Growth-tier access. If the company is acquired or restructures, the acquirer inherits the commitment (standard lifetime-deal terms).
What happens if Pack Declare shuts down?
Unlikely given our positioning and the regulatory tailwind, but full honesty: you're taking business-risk with a founding investment. If we close shop, we'll provide at least a 90-day data export window.
Is €999 really a good deal?
Growth is €2,388/year. Payback is ~5 months; after that every additional year is a 0% alternative to paying €2,388. If you plan to run Pack Declare for 2+ years, it's a straightforward save.
Can I refund?

Do future features cost extra?
No. Whatever we ship as part of the Growth tier going forward is included. If we introduce a new tier above Growth ("Enterprise Plus"-style additions), that new tier stays optional; your Growth entitlements remain intact.
Can I transfer this to another company?
The lifetime entitlement is attached to your Pack Declare tenant, not to an individual. If your company is acquired or restructures, the acquirer inherits the deal.
